All-User-Install-Agent Errors 1297 and 1537 -
Question
-
Been getting the following 2 errors appearing in our event logs since half-dozen/8 and for the life of me, I cannot find anything relevant as to what might be causing it:
The Windows All-User Install Amanuensis could not to remember a list of packages for the user account *domain\business relationship*. The error code is 0x80070002.
The Windows All-User Install Agent could non update timestamp for user user account *domain\account*. The mistake code is 0x8007054F.
Seems to occur regardless of business relationship and the error manifests immediately upon login. This is on Server 2012 Standard. The simply fault I'thou seeing in server manager is that the WID server is non starting but I *call up* that is a completely separate issue.

Cheers for the reply but I establish the issue and thought I'd share it, this started on 6/viii/16 for us, found this while earthworks through a very specific log in event viewer nether Microsoft->Windows->AppXDeployment-Server
"Opening registry key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore\InboxApplications\ failed."
It appears equally though the InboxApplications key wasn't nowadays at all. Permissions looked fine for the key so nosotros were a bit puzzled but nosotros ended upward copying the key from a working server and importing it into the registry and no longer received that error on login. We did patching just prior to the mistake appearing and then my guess is some Windows patch may have screwed up something in the registry.
